What is our return policy?

• Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial and sent back to you.
• Items purchased on SALE/DISCOUNT are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund/exchange.

• Return package shipping cost is not covered.
• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
• Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
• Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return.
• Funds will be refunded to your original form of payment.
• If received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.

What is the average ship time?

Please allow 3-5 days of processing and 2-3 days for shipping time. We try to cut this time down as much as possible.
